The conditions apply to and extend to, you and any person occupying or visiting the apartment or complex and/or using the facilities at your invitation or with your authority. Verandahs & Tropical Reef Apartments are non smoking properties- smoking is not permitted within the property boundary. The accommodation rate is agreed upon at the time of booking and no alterations will be made during or after your stay. Please check the accommodation rate and resolve any queries with Reception staff prior to signing this document. There is no refund for early departure. If the following events occur, then additional charges will be automatically added to your account to be settled prior to departure, or charged to your credit card after departure. I authorise the use of my credit card to cover the following charges: - $50 charge to replace lost or stolen room key (charge per key) - $50 callout fee to attend to a complaint about excessive noise, nuisance behaviour, general disturbances or room lockouts I agree that my liability for all charges is not waived and I agree to be held personally liable for all charges incurred as a result of this booking, including any damage to, or losses in, the apartment or complex as result of this booking. It is a condition of your occupancy that the owners of the premises are not liable for the damage to or the loss of property which the occupier or his guests may bring onto the premises.
