Windsurfer Resort encourages you to read and Terms and Conditions carefully. When making a reservation you have agreed to the terms and conditions and that you understand them in full and you have booked in accordance with your needs and in understanding of our policies. All the units are strata titled. This means that each apartment is owned by a different person. Apartment furniture packages are at the individual apartment owner’s discretion and vary from apartment to apartment. Booking and Reservation Policies Reservations can be made directly via this website, email: Holidays@windsurfer.com.au, or by calling at (07) 5529 2300. Reservations are subject to availability and prices are quoted or displayed in at the time of the booking, quotes are valid at the time of query only. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. 2. Rates Rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and are subject to change at any time. Room rates are based on a 2 person occupancy. Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of price, which will be subject to written confirmation post booking. Standard and Waterview Apartments: These accommodations are designed for up to two persons. Any additional adults beyond the standard occupancy will incur an extra charge of $30 per night. Family Rooms: Our family rooms are spacious and suitable for up to four persons. The base rate includes accommodation for four guests. Additional adults beyond the standard four-person occupancy will be charged an extra $30 per night. Children aged 2-12 staying in the family rooms will be charged an additional $15 per night. Standard Bookings require payment 7 days prior to arrival. Payment for Peak Period reservations are required 30 days prior to arrival. December 19th 2024 – January 27th 2025 April 6th 2024 – April 11th 2025 Should payment terms not be met, Windsurfer Resort reserves the right to release the accommodation reservation. 3. Cancellation Policy You may modify your booking up to 7 days prior to arrival at no charge or in line with the cancellation policy selected for the reservation via third party online travel websites/agencies. 100% of the reservation charge will apply should you cancel your booking within 7 days prior to arrival. "No-shows" will also be charged for 100% of the booking fee. For peak period reservations, you may cancel or modify your booking up to 30 days prior to arrival at no charge. 100% of the reservation charge will apply should you cancel your booking within 30 days prior to arrival. 100% of the booking fee will also be charged for “no-shows”. 4. Additional Charges Windsurfer Resort reserves the right for any damages, breakages, lost keys, missing items from rooms, extra cleaning and unpaid expenses incurred in the duration of your stay. 5. Guest Visitor, Behavior & Noise Policy At Windsurfer Resort, we strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To maintain a tranquil atmosphere, we have implemented the following policies: Noise Policy: We enforce a strict noise policy after 10:00 PM. This includes refraining from loud conversations, disruptive behavior, and the use of entertainment systems such as televisions, radios, or musical instruments at a volume that may disturb other guests. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of others and keep noise levels to a minimum during this time. Visitor Policy: All visitors must register at the reception upon arrival. While we welcome guests to socialize and enjoy the amenities of our resort, please be mindful of the noise policy and ensure that your visitors do not disrupt the peace and quiet of other guests. Behavioral Expectations: We expect all guests to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards fellow guests and resort staff. Any behavior deemed unruly, disruptive, or disrespectful will not be tolerated, and management reserves the right to take appropriate action, including refusal of accommodation or eviction from the premises without refund. By adhering to these policies, we can ensure a pleasant and harmonious environment for all guests to enjoy their stay at Windsurfer Resort. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. All visitors must present to reception. Managers reserves the right to refuse accommodation at their discretion and reserves the right to have unruly or excessively noisy guests removed from the premises without a refund. 6. Smoking Policy Smoking inside any of our rooms or common areas is strictly prohibited. If there is evidence of smoking inside rooms a fee of $200 will be charged. 7. Any personal information that we collect including email address will be kept in our database. We will take steps to ensure that personal information only to employees who require it in order to fulfill our obligations to you. 8. Changes outside of our control Windsurfer Resort will not be in breach of this agreement, or any way liable to any party, if it is prevented from complying with this agreement by reason of act of God, act of public enemy, act of terrorism, war, earthquake, riot, explosion, compliance with any law or government restraint order, rule regulations, strike, lockout or any other cause not reasonably within the control of the establishment. 9. Liability You acknowledge that we do not accept liability for any injury, damage, loss, additional expenses and disruptions due to electrical storms or other acts of God caused directly or indirectly by events which are beyond our control and agree not to make any claim in relation hereto. 10. Disclaimer Windsurfer Resort has endeavored to ensure that the contents of this website is accurate and reliable. However errors and or omissions may occur and Windsurfer Resort disclaims and warranty of any kind, express or implied, warranties as to merchantability, non-infringement of intellectual property or fitness for any purpose. Windsurfer Resort does not warrant the accuracy, currency or completeness of the contents, including, without limitation, any information relating to prices or availability.
