To confirm your booking, a deposit equivalent to 1 nights accommodation is required, with full payment to be received from 14 days before arrival. No pets allowed. Only the number of persons booked may stay in the apartment overnight. Office is open 8.30am-5.00pm Mon-Fri 8.30am-3.00pm Sat-Sun Public Holidays & Tropic Summer may vary IMPORTANT: If you are arriving outside of office hours, there will be an envelope on the door of the reception office with your name on it. Inside will be all the information you require to reach your room safely, including the pin for your key which will be in our Room Key Safe opposite reception. Please be advised that scheduled works to the roof and stairwell ceilings will commence Monday, 17 November. These works will require the installation of scaffolding, resulting in no access to the top floor of those stairwells during this period. While the scaffolding will facilitate access for repairs, some movement through these areas may be restricted for safety. Scaffolding will also be erected within the gardens of the ground-floor two-bedroom apartments, and in some cases it may partially impact pool views from nearby rooms. Guests and residents should expect some noise and temporarily blocked areas during demolition and replacement phases. The renovation works are expected to be completed by 19 December, though the scaffolding will remain in place until mid-January to allow for final inspections and removal. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these essential repairs.
