Booking Terms and Conditions Check-in time is at 2:00 pm. Check-out time is at 10:00 am. Payment: You will be charged the total price of the accomodation once your booking is within the non-refundable period. A credit card surcharge applies: 1.8% Visa/Mastercard/AMEX. House Rules: QUIET HOURS START AT 10PM, INCLUDING BALCONY AND COURTYARD ZERO-TOLERANCE NOISE POLICY - If Management is required to visit you due to noise complaints or anti-social behaviour, call out fees will apply: $75 before 10pm, and $125 after 10pm. An additional $165 if security is required. A second incident will result in EVICTION without refund. NO SMOKING. $300 fumigation fee will apply if smoke is detected inside the apartment. ALL RUBBISH MUST BE REMOVED AND COOKWARE WASHED BEFORE DEPARTURE. A minimum $50 fee will apply if apartment requires excess cleaning. NO PARTIES AND NO UNPAID GUESTS AT ANYTIME Access: While staying at Byron Beachcomber, registered guests agree to grant the Beachcomber staff, security, and police immediate access inside the room to address emergency repairs & maintenance, noise complaints, safety concerns, unruly behaviour, suspicion of illegal drug use, or any activity disrupting a peaceful living environment. Unforeseen Circumstances: The booking is made in good faith by our office and may be subject to unforeseen circumstances which are outside of our control, such as owner withdrawal from letting, room falling into an unlettable condition, and technical issues with our booking platform/system. In such an event, we will inform the booker immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation. If we are unable to obtain suitable alternative accommodation, any monies paid will be refunded in full. The booker will not hold the agent or the owner responsible should any unforeseen event occur, or if no suitable alternative accommodation can be found. Booking You will be charged the total price of the accomodation once your booking is within the non-refundable period. A credit card surcharge applies: 1.8% Visa/Mastercard, and 2.0% AMEX. Cancellation Policy You may cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 14 days before arrival. Full refunds will be given for documented COVID-19 related cancellations (e.g. government border restrictions and quarantine). Important Information Our reception hours are as follows: Monday to Sunday 9am – 4pm Public Holidays Closed *We offer after-hours contactless check-in. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, we will provide check-in instructions to the phone number or email address provided. We provide a weekly service for all stays of 8 nights or longer. If you require a daily service, this can be arranged for an additional charge. Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am. If you require a late check out, this can be arranged with reception on the day prior to check out (subject to availability and may incur a small charge). A late check out without prior arrangement will be charged at $40/hour.
