PAYMENT POLICY: Credit card details required to secure your booking CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE: A surcharge of 1.5% (American Express and Diners Club will attract a surcharge of 3%) will apply to all credit card payments. Alternatively you may wish to pay by cash or Eftpos which will not incur a surcharge. CANCELLATION POLICY: If your plans change for some reason, we do understand, and ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Failure to advise us will incur a charge. We require 48 hours’ notice prior to 2pm on the day of arrival, of a cancellation or a charge of one night's accommodation will be made if your room cannot be re-let. Not showing up at all will incur a charge of one night's accommodation. Any change to a confirmed reservation on, or within 3 days of your arrival may incur a charge. CHILD POLICY: Children using existing beds in the Twin Studio and 1 Bedroom Family unit will be charged the extra person rate of $20 per night.
