Burleigh Palms will email you a confirmation letter usually within 72 hours of making the reservation. In the event you have not received a confirmation letter, please contact Burleigh Palms on (07) 5576 3955, and quote your full name and booking confirmation number. Deposits: The total price of the reservation will be charged 7 days prior to arrival on standard room rates. The total price of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking on Prepaid Advance Purchase room rates. Cancellation: If cancelled or modified 7 days prior to date of arrival (1pm check-in time), no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified within 7 days of arrival (1 pm check-in time) or in case of no-show 100 percent of the tariff will be charged. Payment: Visa Card, Mastercard - subject to 1.43% commission A valid Credit Card is a condition of entry and must be presented at check-in. Burleigh Palms reserves the right to charge a security deposit upon arrival. Advance Purchase room types: Advance Purchase room types are charged upon booking and are non- refundable. If cancelled, modified or in the case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. To CONFIRM Terms & Conditions Reservation and Payment: Reservations are subject to availability and must be secured with a valid credit card. Payment is required upon check-in unless otherwise specified. Cancellation Policy: Guests must provide notice of cancellation at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date to avoid charges. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee equivalent to one night's stay. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is at 2:00 PM and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Smoking Policy: Our hotel is entirely non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms and common areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violations. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified. Service animals are exempt from this policy but must be declared at the time of booking. Damage and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the hotel property during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacement of damaged items. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Excessive noise or disturbance may result in eviction without refund. Personal Belongings: The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are encouraged to use the provided in-room safe for valuables. Additional Guests: Room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests may incur extra charges, and the hotel must be notified in advance. Compliance with Policies: By booking a room at our hotel, guests agree to abide by all hotel policies and regulations. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these policies or engages in disruptive behavior.
