Our well-appointed and well-presented 4 star fully self contained apartments offer quality accomodation with a selection of one and two bedroom apartments. Byron Quarter is suitable for families, couples, singles, and business travelers looking for location and comfort. All apartments have a spacious open-plan design with reverse cycle air-conditioning and FREE Wi-Fi. You can also enjoy the fantastic Byron weather on your private balcony or courtyard. For those that wish to self cater, all apartments have well-equipped kitchens, and full laundry facilities. We offer FREE undercover secure parking for our guests (Note: maximum vehicle clearance of 1.92m). Byron Quarter benefits from onsite management focused on providing responsive guest service and property oversight. Our reception office is staffed 7 days a week to personally meet and exceed guest expectations, and to immediately address any problems that may arise. Also located within Byron Quarter, you will find Chihuahua Taqueria serving up delicious tacos, and Byron Thai Yoga Massage offering intuitive Thai bodywork tailored to your needs. Note: Chihuahua and BTYM are independently owned and operated. Our common area courtyard is shared with Chihuahua, and is adjacent to our plunge pool.
Terms and Conditions Regarding Your Booking Payment: -A deposit will be taken to validate the booking. -The full amount of the booking is due once the booking becomes non-refundable. -A credit card surcharge of 1.5% applies. Cancellation: -If you cancel prior to the non-refundable period, your deposit and any monies paid will be refunded. -If you cancel within the non-refundable period, or in case of no-shows and early departures, you will be required to pay the full amount of your booking. No credit will be given for early departures or no-shows. Occupancy/Check-in Age: -A maximum of two people can stay in a one-bedroom apartment. -A maximum of four people are allowed to stay in a two-bedroom apartment. -An additional child staying with a parent or legal guardian exceeding the maximum occupancy will incur an additional child charge. -We do not have any rollaway/sofa beds for adults. -Minimal Check-in Age is 20. House Rules: -A credit card "pre-authorization" of 200AUD per apartment will be taken upon arrival. -Quiet Hours start at 10 PM, including the balcony. -No parties and No unpaid guests at any time. -Call-out fees apply if management is required to visit you due to a noise complaint: $75 before 10 pm, $125 after 10 pm. A second incident will result in EVICTION without a refund. Additional $165 if security is required. -No Smoking, $300 odor removal service fee will apply if smoke is detected inside the apartment. -All rubbish must be removed and cookware washed before departure. A minimum $50 fee will apply if the apartment requires excess cleaning. Other Relevant Information: -Check-in time is 2:00 pm -Check-out is 10:00 am -Office hours are Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm, and Sat-Sun 9 am-11 am. -We are closed on Public Holidays. -Arrivals outside of office hours will be provided with after-hours check-in instructions. Inside the Apartment: -The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen, washer, and dryer. -A complimentary guest pack (ground coffee, tea & toiletries) is awaiting your arrival. -We also provide hair dryers, iron, and beach towels. -Please note we do not replenish towels, toiletries, and guest packs during the stay. -We do not offer any mid-stay cleaning service for any booking that is 8 days or shorter. Parking: -One free secure garage parking is provided with your booking with a height limit of 1.92 meters. Noise Policy: Byron Quarter is located in downtown Byron Bay. Guests may experience noise from neighboring properties, nearby businesses, construction activity, traffic, and public areas outside the property’s control. Such noise may occur during hours permitted under NSW regulations. IMPORTANT NOTICE - NEARBY CONSTRUCTION Please note that there are currently active construction and renovation works taking place at neighbouring properties near Byron Quarter Apartments, including 11 Marvell St and 7 Byron St. Guests may experience daytime construction activity during permitted NSW construction hours (restricted to 7am-5pm on weekdays, 8am-5pm on Saturdays, with no work permitted on Sundays or public holidays). These works are being carried out by 3rd parties outside of our control. Please contact the property prior to booking if you would like further information.
