Cancellation Policy Standard Terms Cancel within 24 hours of booking: No fee Low Season: Cancellations made outside 14 days of your scheduled arrival date will result in a refund or a credit on future bookings less a $50 administration fee. Cancellation inside 14 days of your arrival date will result in 50% of all monies paid. Cancellations made within 7days of arrival: No refund. High & Mid-Season: (Xmas/January & Easter, June & September School Holidays) Cancellations made outside 28 days prior to arrival will result in a refund or a credit on future bookings less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations made within 28 days of your arrival date will result in all monies being forfeited. ​ Terms and conditions Low Season: A $200 deposit is required to secure your booking and full balance is due 7 days before arrival. Mid-Season: Easter/June and September School Holidays 50% of the balance is due 28 days prior to arrival with full payment required 14 days before arrival. High Season: Christmas & January School Holidays 50% of the balance is due 28 days prior to arrival with full payment required 14 days before arrival. Balance due before arrival or on check in. Credit card charges apply. Contact reception if you would like to pay the balance by electronic funds transfer to avoid credit card charges. ​ When checking in, photo ID and a $200 pre-authorisation on a credit card is required.
