Cancellation Policy: > If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your confirmed arrival date - full refund of deposit. > If you cancel less than 30 days notice - NO REFUND of deposit. > All cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the total stay booked (ie. if you are confirmed for 5 days you will be charged for a total of 5 days).
