Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation with Chasely Apartment Hotel, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Reservations & Payment A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations. For bookings made on a Flexible Rate, payment for the accommodation will be charged to the nominated credit card 3 days prior to arrival. For bookings made on a Non-Refundable Rate, full payment will be charged at the time of booking. Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded. Rates are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Flexible Rate – Direct Bookings For flexible reservations made directly with Chasely Apartment Hotel, cancellations or changes must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the full cost of the booking will be forfeited. Extended Stays – More Than 4 Weeks For reservations of more than 4 weeks, at least 7 days’ notice is required to cancel or shorten the stay. Where less than 7 days’ notice is provided, a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the total booking cost will apply. Third-Party Bookings Reservations made through third-party websites or booking platforms, including online travel agencies, are subject to the cancellation, payment and amendment conditions shown by that provider at the time of booking. Any cancellation or amendment to a third-party reservation should be made through the platform or provider through which the booking was originally made. Changes to Reservations Requests to change dates, room types or the length of stay are subject to availability and the conditions of the rate booked. Changes may result in a different accommodation rate. Check-in & Check-out Check-in: from 2:00 pm Check-out: by 10:00 am Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Guest Responsibilities Guests are responsible for their own conduct and that of any occupants or visitors associated with their booking. Smoking, vaping and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted inside apartments. Tampering with smoke detectors or other fire safety equipment is strictly prohibited. Guests may be responsible for additional cleaning, damage, missing items or other costs resulting from their stay. Parking Complimentary onsite parking is available to hotel guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces are unallocated and availability cannot be guaranteed. Undercover parking has a 1.8 metre height restriction. A limited number of above-ground parking spaces are also available. Pets Pets are not permitted at Chasely Apartment Hotel, except where required by applicable law. Identification & Security Guests may be required to provide valid photo identification and a valid credit card at check-in. Chasely Apartment Hotel reserves the right to take reasonable measures to verify a guest’s identity and protect the property and other guests. No-Shows & Early Departures Failure to arrive for a reservation without cancelling within the applicable cancellation period may result in the applicable cancellation charge being applied. No refund or credit is provided for unused accommodation following an early departure where the booking is non-refundable or the departure occurs within the applicable cancellation period, except where required by law. General Chasely Apartment Hotel may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The terms applicable to your reservation are those provided or made available at the time of booking.
