Cancellation Policy A 24 hour cancellation fee will apply, if any room booked is cancelled for any reason, 24 hours before arrival time. The fee is made up of one night accommodation, based on booking. Please note lost key fee is $ 300.00 Payment Visa, MasterCard & EFTPOS (1.85% Surcharge applies), AMEX (3% Surcharge applies). Pre-authorization of all credit cards will apply. Refundable Damage Deposit A AUD200 damage deposit is required 7 days before arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded 7 days after check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property.
