Please read these terms and conditions carefully: I/We the undersigned agree to pay for all accommodation, telephone charges and any other service provided by Cilento and debited to my account including any damage or breakage whether wilful or accidental caused during my stay, and acknowledge that this agreement shall be deemed to have been entered into. I/We agree to park in the designated car park number that corresponds with my unit number during my stay. Lost room keys, and or fobs, are the guests responsibility and will be a chargeable extra to the guest at $150.00 per set (payable on departure) Low Season Bookings: A Deposit of $200 is required to secure a booking, with the balance being payable upon check-in. High Season Bookings: A Deposit of $400 is required to secure a booking, with the balance being payable upon check-in. Complimentary parking for guests is available in our secure underground carpark. Strictly No Pets. Cancellation Policy Cancellations more than 14 days from arrival date may be entitled to a full refund of deposit. Cancellations in mid and high season are subject to Cilento Management discretion. Cancellations less than 14 days from arrival date - No Refund
