Cancellation Policy Standard Bookings Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival: Refund of monies paid, less a $100 cancellation fee (credit card fees are non-refundable). Amendments are permissible more than 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival: No refund of monies paid. Bookings are not transferable, and reductions in the number of nights are not permitted. Group Bookings (3 or more apartments) or Extended Stays (21 nights or more) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival: No refund of monies paid. Bookings are not transferable, and reductions in the number of nights are not permitted. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect you against unforeseen circumstances. Coconut Grove is not responsible should you be unable to fulfil your reservation for any reason. All cancellations must be submitted via email. No Party Policy: To ensure the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all guests, our hotel maintains a strict No Party Policy. Parties, events or large gatherings are not permitted in guest rooms or on hotel premises. Excessive noise,loud music or disruptive behaviour may result in immediate eviction without refund. Only registered guests are permitted in rooms after 10:00PM Any damages or additional cleaning required as a result of violation will be charged to the guest account.
