Visit the many attractions the Sunshine Coast has to offer including fishing, diving, surfing, kayaking, kite surfing, whale watching, wine tasting, markets, Fraser Island, skydiving, golf, museums, fantastic restaurants and The Australia Zoo. We are situated 50 metres from the Maroochy Surf Life Savers Club where there is a safe patrolled beach, 50 metres from the Cotton Tree Bowls Club and 100 metres to the Cotton Tree village Shopping centre. We are within walking distance to the RSL Club, major shopping centres and the river. There are no restaurants in the complex but there are many that we can recommend within a short walk.
Coral Sea Holiday Apartments BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS Please read these booking terms and conditions carefully as they incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted by Coral Sea Apartments. Prices Prices are quoted in Australian dollars. The rates are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed by deposit. We endeavour to provide the best possible price for the period of booking. In the event that you are able to obtain a better price for our property elsewhere, please advise and we will do our best to match it. This excludes price matching for private rentals. How to book: Reservations can be made via our “BOOK NOW” page or by calling us on 07 5479 2999 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org All bookings must be secured with a deposit by credit card at time of booking. Full payment is required upon arrival. We gladly accept Visa & Master Card but do not accept Diners or AMEX cards. Coral Sea Apartments Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time: Between 2pm and 5pm (or outside these hours by arrangement only.) Check-out time: Before 10am. Late check-out, if available, may incur an additional fee unless otherwise arranged with management. Minimum lengths of stays apply during special event periods. All Coral Sea Apartments apartments are NON SMOKING except some balconies/rooftops. Coral Sea Apartments maximum rooming configuration for all apartments are as follows: 1 Bedroom = 2 persons 2 Bedrooms = 4 persons 3 Bedrooms = 6 persons All 2 & 3 Bedroom apartments are equipped with Queen beds in the main bedroom and two single beds or double in second bedroom and 2 singles in third so please advise your bedding configuration at time of booking. 1 brm apartments have a queen bed only. Cots are accepted in addition to the maximum number of persons above. Maximum 1 cot per apartment. Identification: A current drivers licence, passport or other form of photo identification is required at time of check-in to verify your identity. If you do not agree with this policy, then you must arrange an alternative payment process, ensuring that any EFT money transfer is completed 5-days prior to your arrival and that you have adequate cash on arrival to cover the $300 security bond / deposit. We do not accept cheques, money orders or foreign currency on arrival. Security Bond: Photo ID and a credit card (or $300 cash security) will be required at check-in for incidentals such as breakages, theft, damage and excessive cleaning etc. Services provided: Housekeeping and linen change service will only be provided to guests staying 8 nights or more in which case a service clean will be done (for every 7 days). NOTE: If extra servicing is required, additional charges apply. Rubbish Removal: A rubbish bin is provided for the removal of rubbish from the apartment. All guests are responsible for the removal of their own rubbish to the large outdoor bins on a daily basis. There is an extra charge of $50 for failure to remove all rubbish and/or leaving unwashed dishes or the apartment is left in an unacceptable condition. Cancellations: LOW SEASON: In the event of cancellation within 7 days of arrival, your deposit is forfeited. Cancellation 7 days or more before arrival, your deposit is refunded. HIGH/MID SEASON: (All Qld & NSW School Holidays) – In the event of cancellation within 28 days of arrival, your deposit is forfeited. Cancellation 28 days or more before arrival, your deposit is refunded. NO SHOWS: Any deposit or payment paid up to the first week's tariff is not refunded for no shows. Any remaining amount held will be refunded. EARLY DEPARTURE: Guests who reduce their length of stay once in house will not receive a refund on nights booked & paid - up to a maximum of 7 days tariff. Property photographs are representative only, actual apartments occupied may vary in decor and inclusions from those shown. Travel Insurance: We recommend that, at time of booking, you consider purchasing a travel insurance policy of your choice. Travel Insurance can be purchased from any travel agent. Unaccompanied minor/s: Unaccompanied minor reservations (under 18) are not accepted by Coral Sea Apartments. Limit of liability: We do our best to ensure your booking arrangements are satisfactory, however Coral Sea Apartments does not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond its control including, but not limited to, war, civil disturbance, terrorism, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action. Special Conditions: If in the event that Coral Sea Apartments cannot provide the apartment accommodation as requested, we will find alternative accommodation in another apartment type at the same property. In extreme cases we will relocate a guest to a nearby complex of similar standard, or offer a full refund or alternative available dates. In the event that a guest fails to pay any amount owing to Coral Sea Apartments immediately upon demand, we reserve the right to deny access to the guest and ask that they vacate the premises. If in the event that a guest has caused damage to the property or effected other guests/occupants of the property, Coral Sea Apartments reserves the right to ask that guest to leave and forfeit any monies paid, and will require the guest to pay for any damage caused. If a guest/occupant behaves in an unacceptable or aggressive manner to other guests/occupants or Coral Sea Apartments management or security staff, or is suspected of carrying out illegal acts on the premises, that guest/occupant will be asked to leave and the appropriate authorities will be notified. All monies paid will be forfeited. Coral Sea Apartments does not accept excessive noise on the premises and does not permit parties. Guests will be asked to vacate the premises without refund immediately if found to be creating excessive noise, having a party or exceeding the number of permitted guests. This will be strictly enforced. We ask you to contact reception should you experience other guests causing you discomfort. All our apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted on the rooftops of top floor apartments. Cigarette butts must not be thrown over the balconies. All guests and their visitors must comply with the local council regulations and body corporate by-laws. Failure to do so may result in the offender being asked to leave the premises.
