Cancellation Policy Standard: We understand that plans can change, so we’ve made our cancellation policy as flexible as possible for direct bookings. Full refund if you cancel 14 days or more before arrival. 50% refund if you cancel between 14 days and 48 hours before arrival. No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, or after check-in. Cancellation Policy Peak: Peak Periods (Easter, Christmas & New Year, School Holidays, Festivals): Cancel 30 days or more before arrival: refund less $200. Cancel within 30 days: no refund applies.
