Inn on the Park is situated just 3km from the CBD, our comfortable and contemporary one and two bedroom Toowong apartments feature full kitchens, laundry facilities, Foxtel TV, Free Unlimited WiFi internet access and spacious balconies with fantastic views. We also have a selection of two bedroom apartments with studies for business guests. Standard Conditions of Booking / Tenancy Please read these conditions carefully. Each person ("the Guest") accepts and agrees to these conditions and acknowledges that these conditions apply and extend to any person (also referred to as "Guest") occupying or visiting the apartment or complex and/or using the facilities in the complex at the invitation of or with the authority of the Guest. Confirmed Bookings A temporary booking will only be held for 48 hours. A booking that is not confirmed within this period by a credit card number or payment of a deposit of $200 will be cancelled without notification. The balance of the tariff is due on arrival ( or such other time as arranged). 7 days notice is required to change the planned departure date once you have arrived, there will be no refund unless or until the apartment has been re-let for the planned stay. Whilst every effort is made to meet your requirements, unfortunately we cannot guarantee particular apartments. Inn on the Park reserves the right to assign an equivalent apartment for a confirmed booking in the event that the apartment originally allocated is not available. The manager and the apartment owner are not responsible for any wrong description of the apartment. Cancellation Policy If cancelled or modified up to 24 hours prior to the date of arrival, then no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, then 100% of the first nights fee will be charged. In the case of a no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Charges Payment for the full period of the booking must be made before occupancy with either Cash, or Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard surcharge of 1.5%, Amex surcharge of 2%) unless special prior arrangements have been entered into. Phone calls are to be paid before departure or earlier if called for. The Guest authorizes the Manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable under this document or otherwise. Number of Persons Occupying an Apartment The number of persons occupying a unit is to be as agreed at time of booking and at no time during the occupancy shall more than that Number of persons reside overnight at the premises. Damage to Property The guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any Guest together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the apartment and its contents or the Body Corporate Property including mis-use of elevators caused by any Guest or their visitors. Animals and Pets No pets or animals are permitted on the premises. Use of Apartment, Noice and Acceptable Behaviour The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose. All Guests are entitled to quiet enjoyment of the property and loud, unruly behaviour including loud music will not be tolerated. Apartments are not permitted to be used as a venue for partying. Inspection of Apartment The Manager may inspect the apartment at any time without notice if the manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of any conditions. Car Parking Guests must only park cars in the designated areas. The Body Corporate has a tow away policy for non-compliance. No responsibility is accepted by the Body Corporate or Management in relation to vehicles houses on the property. Description of Property Apartments are advertised and described in good faith and neither the Owner, the Manager nor the Body Corporate accepts any responsibility for mis-description. Property By-Laws The Guests must comply with the By-Laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager. Termination If the occupancy ends or is terminated, the Guest must immediately vacate the apartment. The Manager is authorized to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any Guest and removal of Guests property. Loss of Property Neither the Body Corporate, Manager nor Unit Owner is liable for any damage or loss of property which a guest may sustain while on the premises. We do not take any responsibility for any property left in the apartment after departure.
