STANDARD BOOKINGS. A credit card guarantee is required at time of booking. No deposit required to secure your booking. Your payment will be processed upon check-in. All non-refundable, prepaid rates will be charged upon booking. The hotel reserves the rights to cancel reservations on declined credit cards. Please note that Jack and Newell Apartments Cairns requires a AUD 250 credit card pre-authorisation upon check in to cover any incidental charges. We we have a no party policy at Jack and Newell. If you cause a disturbance in any way your prepayment will not be refunded COVID Policy: If you need to amend or cancel your booking due to travel restrictions arising from COVID-19 we will be more than happy to assist you.
