It is only a 3 minute walk through extensive foreshore parkland to children’s playgrounds, tavern, alfresco dining, ocean pool, Kings Park amphitheatre and Kings Beach, the premier patrolled surf beach in Caloundra. Alternatively, a 5 minute walk in the other direction takes you to the picnic grounds at the tranquil Shelly Beach. Complimentary recreational facilities allow you to laze by or swim in a 15m outdoor pool (with children’s wading area), have a therapeutic hot spa, sauna or a game of tennis in the landscaped gardens. BURGESS @ Kings Beach Apartments adopts the following practices when dealing with securing and cancellation of a holiday booking. DEPOSIT POLICY A $200 deposit is required in order to secure your booking. A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed. The balance of the tariff is due 14 days prior to arrival in low season, 30 days prior to arrival in mid and high seasons. CANCELLATION POLICY If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival in low season, 30 days prior to arrival in mid and high seasons a $200 cancellation fee will be charged. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. Amendments to bookings will incur a $50.00 administrative fee. Amendments cannot be made 14 days (low season) 30 days (mid and high seasons) or less prior to arrival. There is no refund for early departure.
