Cancellation Policy: Cancelation prior to 3 days before arrival is a free cancelation, except for non-refundable bookings. Within 3 days of arrival, cancelation will be the full amount of deposit paid at time of booking. No Show of bookings on the day will be 100% of the booking fee. Holiday Season payment and cancellation. At 7 Days prior to arrival, full booking value of the booking is payable. If cancelled with in the 7 days, we will endeavour to resell, part or all the booking, then refund the amount paid by new booking, this does not include non-refundable bookings.
