Please read these conditions carefully. On checking-in, each person acknowledges and agrees that these conditions apply and extend to any person occupying or visiting the complex and/ or using the facilities in the complex at the invitation of or with the authority of the Guest: Accommodation charges must be made before occupancy commences unless special prior arrangements have been made. Check-in time: from 2pm Check-out time: by 10am No refund for early departures. Charges apply for unauthorised late check out subject to Management discretion. Reception hours: 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday; No set office hours on both Saturday and Sunday. Reception office may be closed during these hours but we are contactable via phone and email. Please contact us on 07 5452 9600 for instructions if arriving outside of office hours. Only the number of people shown on the receipt and/or registered guests may stay in the apartment overnight. Apartments are fully self-contained and self-catering with air conditioning in lounge/dining area (some in the bedrooms) and ceiling fans in bedrooms. Amenities are supplied for the start of your stay, any further amenities required, such as toilet paper, are for guests to supply themselves. Linen is provided for your stay. Stays over 8 nights will receive a mid-stay linen change. Beach and pool towels are available for hire. Specific apartment requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed. Our complex and all apartments are smoke-free, including balconies. Charges apply for non-compliance. We have a No Party policy and in consideration of other guests, outdoor noise must cease by 9pm. Animals or pets are not to be brought onto the premises, with the exception of guide dogs. Guests and their visitors must comply with the by-laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction by the Manager. Please report any loss, damage or breakages to the apartment or Body Corporate property to reception immediately. The guest authorises the Manager to apply charges incurred by the guest, together with all replacements and necessary costs for damage or loss, to the credit card provided at their discretion. Neither the Body Corporate, the Management nor the apartment owner is liable for any loss, damage or destruction to any personal property/motor vehicle which the guest or invitee may sustain while on the complex. Secured parking is available for one vehicle per apartment where available. At time of reservation, to secure the booking we require a deposit of: $300.00 - any Mid and Low Season $500.00 - any high Season. The balance of the accommodation is paid the day of arrival excluding high season reservations where the balance is due 7 days before arrival. All penthouse bookings will require a $500 security bond to be paid and refunded upon departure. FOR ARRIVALS: when you check-in, you will require: Valid ID (drivers licence, passport etc). Must correspond to the registered Booker. Credit Card (debit cards are not accepted without a securing Bond) Credit card charges are payable at cost only, currently 1.43%. Visa and Mastercard and Amex 2.125%. Fee free payment options are available via direct credit and PayTo.
