OASIS INN TERMS & CONDITIONS OF STAY BOOKING & PAYMENT 1. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to one night's accommodation. The balance is due on arrival. 2. Payment can be made by credit/debit cards, and EFTPOS. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS 1. Cancellations made 24 hours before arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit. 2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. 3. No refunds will be given for early departures or no-shows. 4. If booked via third party (e.g. Booking.com, Agoda), refunds must be handled through them, not directly with the hotel. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT 1. Check in time is from 2:00 PM. 2. Check out time is by 10:00 AM. 3. Early check in may be available, subject to room availability. 4. Late check in requires LATE CHECK IN PROCEDURES OCCUPANCY 1. Only guests listed on the bookings may stay overnight. 2. Parties, events or gatherings are not permitted without written approval. 3. Occupancy is limited to allowable number of guests. HOUSE RULES 1. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment. 2. No pet is allowed unless prior written consent is given. 3. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. By law in Cairns, no noise is allowed between 10:PM to 8:00 AM. 4. The apartment must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Dishes should be washed before departure. FACILITIES 1. Guests may use all facilities provided in the apartment. Please use them responsibly. 2. All faults or damages must be reported immediately. LIABILITY 1. The owner/manager is not liable for any loss, injury or damage to guest during their stay. 2. Guests are responsible for their own belonging & safety. ACCESS 1. The owner reserves the right to access the apartment for maintenance or emergencies, with reasonable notice to guests where possible. BREACH OF TERMS 1. Failure to comply with these terms & conditions may result in immediate termination of booking without refund.
