1. I authorise Pottsville Beach Motel to deduct from my credit card the Balance of payment 48 hours prior to arrival. I also agree to pay by the same method the cost of making good any damage to Pottsville Beach Motel property caused by me or any of my visitors. 2. If I stay for a period less than that for which I have booked, I will not be entitled to a refund unless Pottsville Beach Motel re lets the unit for that period. 3. Check in time: 2:00pm and Check out time: 10.00am. If I check out later than 10:00am. I will pay a late check out fee if requested to do so. 4. I acknowledge that Pottsville Beach Motel and Management do not bear responsibility for any loss or theft of personal items during the length of stay. 5. I understand that cheques or cash will not be accepted and that AMEX is currently not accepted. Visa or Mastercard is accepted. PLEASE NOTE - 1.43% surcharge + 0.22 cents applied to all credit card payments. 6. I agree to pay additional charges for any additional guests not quoted for by Pottsville Beach Motel. 7. I understand that if I require attention outside office hours I may be charged a callout fee, 8. A $200 Security Deposit will be held to cover any incidental costs involved with your booking. If any damage to your room or motel property occurs, these costs will be debited to your credit card. Any compensation allowed to other motel guests due to your reservation, these costs will be debited to your credit card. I agree to settle my account prior to departure. 9. I agree to abide by the Building By-Laws. 10. I agree to make good payment for a lost key at $90 if I lose it or do not return it on the check out time. 11. All rooms are Non-Smoking rooms in accordance with New South Wales legislation. Including but not limited to; tobacco, medicinal, illicit/recreational drugs and vaping. Will not be tolerated and will be charged accordingly to restore the room. 12. I agree that should the unit be left in such a state that is unreasonable for an occupancy and excess cleaning is required additional charges will be incurred by the responsible party or paid for by the party in whose name the booking is made. Minimum charge $100. All reservations and bookings are subject to availability. Advertised rates subject to change without notice. Please be aware that we operate on NSW Daylight Savings time when applicable. The registered guest and/or whoever actually occupies the accommodation and utilises the services shall be personally responsible for the complete payment of all charges with respect to this accommodation. The registered guest agrees to all of the above clauses.
