1. Payments: The balance of your booking will be charged to your credit card 48 hours prior to arrival (or 7 days prior during peak periods). Your card may also be charged for damages, missing items, or unpaid accounts. We do not require a deposit. 2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival (or 7 days prior during peak periods) to avoid the full booking fee being charged. 3. Payment Methods: Visa and Mastercard only. AMEX, cheques, and cash are not accepted. A bank surcharge of 1.43% + $0.22 applies to all card payments. 4. Security Bond: A $200 security Bond is held to cover incidental costs, damages, or compensation required for other guests. Charges may be applied to this Bond or debited to your card. 5. Refunds: No refunds will be given for shortened stays unless the Unit can be re-let for the same period. 6. Rates & Availability: All bookings are subject to availability. Rates may change without notice. Pottsville Beach Motel operates on NSW Daylight Savings Time when applicable. 7. Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is from 2 PM and check-out is by 10 AM (NSW time). Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge. 8. Non-Smoking: All Motel Units are strictly non-smoking in line with legislation. This includes tobacco, vaping, and cannabis. A $200 odour removal fee will apply if breached. Smoking is only permitted in the designated area on the footpath. 9. Liability: Pottsville Beach Motel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, including items left in vehicles. 10. Extra Guests: Only registered guests may stay in Units. Additional guests will incur extra charges. 11. Responsibility: The registered guest is responsible for all occupants and visitors of the Unit, and for full payment of charges relating to the booking. 12. After-Hours Assistance: A call-out fee may apply for requests outside office hours. 13. By-Laws: Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, and Motel property (including rooms, facilities, and contents). Behaviour that causes damage, disturbance, or disrespect may result in charges and/or termination of the stay without refund. 14. Keys: Lost or damaged keys incur a minimum $90 replacement fee. Locksmith charges will be passed on if required. 15. Cleaning: Please leave your Unit in a tidy condition. Excessive cleaning may incur a minimum $100 cleaning fee
