Terms & Conditions

1. Payments: The balance of your booking will be charged to your credit card 48 hours prior to arrival (or 7 days prior during peak periods). Your card may also be charged for damages, missing items, or unpaid accounts. We do not require a deposit. 2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival (or 7 days prior during peak periods) to avoid the full booking fee being charged. Peak-period cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival will be refunded less a $110 administration fee. Peak-period bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. In the case of a no-show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged. 3. Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard and AMEX only., cheques, and cash are not accepted. 4. Identification: A valid form of photo identification is required for the person checking in and must match the name under which the booking has been made. If the person checking in is different from the person named on the booking, Pottsville Beach Motel must be contacted prior to arrival. 5. Security Bond: A $200 security Bond is held to cover incidental costs, damages, or compensation required for other guests. Charges may be applied to this Bond or debited to your card. The bond will be released following departure, subject to the Unit being left in good order and all outstanding charges being settled. 6. Refunds & Shortened Stays: There are no refunds for early departures after check-in unless otherwise agreed by Pottsville Beach Motel. 7. Rates & Availability: All bookings are subject to availability. Rates may change without notice. Pottsville Beach Motel operates on NSW Daylight Savings Time when applicable. 8. Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is from 2 PM and check-out is by 10 AM (NSW time). Early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Where available, early check-in or late check-out may attract an additional charge. 9. Non-Smoking: All Motel Units are strictly non-smoking in line with legislation. This includes tobacco, vaping, and cannabis. A $200 odour removal fee will apply if breached. Smoking is only permitted in the designated area on the footpath. 10. Liability: Pottsville Beach Motel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, including items left in vehicles. 11. Guests & Visitors: Only registered guests may stay overnight in Units. Additional guests may incur additional charges. 12. Guest Responsibility: The registered guest is responsible for all occupants and visitors of the Unit, and for full payment of charges relating to the booking. 13. After-Hours Assistance: A call-out fee may apply for non-emergency assistance requested outside reception hours. 14. Guest Conduct & By-Laws: Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, and Motel property, including rooms, facilities, and contents. Behaviour that causes unreasonable disturbance, damage or disruption, or breaches Motel rules or applicable by-laws, may result in charges and/or termination of the stay without refund. 15. Keys: Lost or damaged keys incur a minimum $90 replacement fee. Any additional locksmith charges will be passed on to the guest where required. 16. Cleaning: Please leave your Unit in a reasonably tidy condition. Excessive cleaning may incur a minimum $100 cleaning fee.
