Sanctuary Beach Resort's Terms and Conditions Terms, conditions and privacy policy Full payment is required at check-in. All our units are non smoking, including the balconies and courtyards. Check in time is 2.00 pm Check out time is 10.00 am (Late Checkouts can only be approved on day of departure) Office Hours: Mon - Fri 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Sat 9.00 am - 12.00 & Sun 9am – 11am Public Holidays - Closed VERY IMPORTANT - Should you be arriving outside of office hours, please contact us 24 hours prior to arrival to obtain the key safe code. The key safe is situated to the left of the front door and keys for late arrivals are deposited in the safe. Cancellation policy: Free cancellation is available for guests that cancel more than 28 days prior to check in, a full refund is then activated including your deposit. If cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival, or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If you have checked in and choose to vacate the apartment before the confirmed departure date, no refund will be issued. Deposit Policy: A $300 deposit in low season and a $500 deposit in school holidays is payable by bank transfer in order to make a direct booking. Once the deposit is received, we will email out a confirmation letter confirming your booking.
