Our Reception Hours are: ** Monday - Saturday : 8.30am - 5:00pm ** Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed Sun Lagoon Resort is a Non-Smoking Resort therefore smoking is not permitted within the Resort's Property boundary.


Terms & Conditions

Noosa Sun Lagoon Resort Management have implemented a set of guest terms and conditions which are guidelines to make your stay more pleasurable. These are guidelines to assist and ensure your stay, and the stay of your fellow guests, is trouble free. CONFIRMED BOOKINGS: The guest will be charged a prepayment (deposit) of 50% of the total accommodation price for all bookings based on our cancellation policies. A booking is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed by the prepayment/deposit being paid. Where a Guest rebooks during Mid or High Season in advance, a One Night Prepayment is required to confirm and hold the rebooking. A tentative quote is only valid for the first 2 weeks after the date of enquiry. The balance of the tariff is processed the morning of arrival. TERMS & CONDITIONS - APPLICABLE TO ALL SUN LAGOON GUESTS and VISITORS OF GUESTS: Please read these conditions carefully as the "Guest" paying the deposit and/or payment of the accommodation acknowledges and agrees that these conditions apply and extend to any person (also referred to as "Guest") occupying or visiting the Apartment or complex and/or using the facilities in the complex at the invitation of or with the authority of the "Guest". Charges must be paid by credit card, direct credit or cash before the occupancy commences unless special prior arrangements have been made. Credit Card details must be supplied for security at the time of booking. Balance of accommodation will be processed on the morning of your arrival from your provided Credit Card. In the event of a guest desiring to cancel a booking please refer to our Cancellation Policy. Occupancy starts and finishes on the dates shown on the Guest Registration Form unless additional nights have been organised with Management prior to scheduled departure date. Only the number of people indicated on the receipt may be present in the Apartment or on the property, unless previous notification is agreed by Management. The facilities of the resort are for the use of guests only. The guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any guest together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the Apartment and its contents or to the Body Corporate property caused by any guest. This includes replacement of lost keys (including the total cost of replacing the keys and security locks as required). The Guest authorises the Manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable under this document or otherwise. Neither the Body Corporate, Management, nor the Apartment Owners are liable for any damage, injury or loss of property which a guest may sustain while on the complex. This includes, but not limited to, guests personal property including money, jewellery and motor vehicles parked on the premises. Guests must comply with the By-Laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to visitors of guests. The Apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose. The Manager may inspect the Apartment at any time with reasonable notice, and at any time without notice, if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions. If the occupancy ends or is terminated, the guest must immediately vacate the property. The Manager is authorised to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction and removal of guests property. There is no refund for any early departure. The Manager and the Apartment Owners are not responsible for any mis-description of the Apartment / complex in general. No pets or animals are to be brought into the complex or car park. Guests vehicle (one) may be parked in the secure undercover car park area (maximum allowable height of 1.9 metres), but only in the designated area allocated to their Apartment, being one (1) car space per Apartment available. Visitors Carpark is not to be utilised for additional cars and is for limited use by any Visitor at the Resort. This Car Parking is limited to 24 hours only, unless otherwise agreed by Management. Guests are requested, for your safety, to lock all doors and windows when leaving the Apartment and/or retiring at night and during inclement weather. Throwing objects from your balcony or climbing onto the balcony is not permitted at any time. Smoking - Sun Lagoon Resort is a Non-Smoking Resort therefore smoking is not permitted within the Resort's Property boundary. This also includes all Apartment Balconies & Patios, Front Nature Strip, Beach Area, Pontoon, Entrances and Exits. All smoking is strictly off-site. for the purposes of this Policy 'Smoke' means to smoke a cigarette, pipe, cigar or other tobacco product or similar substance and includes vaping and e-cigarettes. Check-in is 2.00pm unless prior arrangements have been made before arrival. Our Reception Hours are: Monday to Saturday - 8.30am to 5.00pm. Sunday and Public Holidays we are closed. Please advise if your arrival time is outside of our reception hours as we will need to make further arrangements for keys for your arrival. Check-out time is 10.00am. The departing Guests must vacate the property by check-out time, unless prior agreement has been made. An additional charge may apply to late departures. With respect to the peaceful enjoyment of our resort, please keep all noise to a minimum. Noisy guests or any inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10.00pm. Pool Hours are from 8.00am to 9.00pm. Children 13yrs and under are to be at all times supervised in the pool area. Apartment towels are not to be used around the pool. Pool towels are available for hire in reception. No glassware / bottles including but not limiting to stubbies, are permitted in the pool area. Please abide by the pool rules as displayed in the pool area. Apartments are to be kept tidy and free of rubbish. Upon departure all rubbish is to be deposited in bins located under the stairwells and in the BBQ. Failure to do so may incur an additional cleaning charge. No clothing, bedding, towels or other articles to be hung from Windows or Balconies.
