Tinaroo Lake Resort – Terms & Conditions To ensure all guests enjoy a safe, comfortable, and relaxing stay we kindly ask that you observe the following terms and conditions during your visit. Smoke-Free Resort - Tinaroo Lake Resort is a strictly non-smoking resort. Smoking is not permitted in any accommodation, balconies, or any common areas throughout the resort. Pool Area Rules - Pool hours are 6:00am to 9:00pm daily - No glassware is permitted in or around the pool area - Jumping, diving, or climbing within the pool area & surrounds is strictly prohibited - Children must be supervised at all times Property Care & Cleanliness - Please keep the accommodation and resort facilities in a clean and tidy condition during your stay - Upon departure, all rubbish must be removed and placed in the appropriate bins provided: - Recycling (cans and glassware) - General waste Maintenance & Damage - Please report any maintenance issues or damages to management as soon as possible so they can be addressed promptly. Noise & Behaviour - We ask all guests to be respectful of others by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times - Appropriate behaviour and manners are expected within the resort and common areas Pets Policy - Pets are permitted in selected apartments only and must be approved prior to arrival by management. - A pet cleaning fee applies and will be charged to cover additional cleaning requirements - Pets must not be left unattended in the apartment and are not permitted in common areas - Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning caused by their pet Parking & Vehicles - One (1) allocated car park per apartment is provided - Additional guest parking is available within the resort - Boats, trailers, jet skis, and similar recreational vehicles are not permitted to be parked within the resort complex - Designated space is available outside the complex for the parking of boats, trailers, and jet skis Failure to comply with these terms may result in additional fees or termination of the stay without refund.
