Our heated wet-edge pool and spa is a major attraction as one of many of our facilities, offering year-round swimming. Trafalgar’s apartments are all two-bedroom, two-bathroom, each offering views of the Maroochy River and there is range of types from Economy to Deluxe to suit all budgets and tastes, as well as a three bedroom split level penthouse. All apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, free, unlimited Wi-Fi, full laundry facilities, master bedrooms with ensuites and all linen supplied. Location Trafalgar Towers is situated in a peaceful and tranquil environment, located on Duporth Avenue, within easy walking distance of major shopping centres, Ocean Street Entertainment Precinct, restaurants, beaches and the new CBD. You can stroll to the Sunshine Plaza shopping precinct, with over 400 specialty stores close to Trafalgar. We are also a short distance from the Sunshine Coast’s array of popular restaurants and cafes to tempt you. The Sunshine Coast’s favourite attractions such as Australia Zoo, Underwater World, Deep Sea Fishing, the Glasshouse Mountains, Noosa Heads, Fraser Island, Eumundi Markets and the Hinterland are also only a short drive away. Trafalgar is located 9km from Sunshine Coast Airport and approximately 100km to Brisbane Airport. Please note the entrance to reception and parking is located at the river end of Baden Powell Street, a side street off Duporth Avenue. Apartments range in price based on the level of renovation, furnishings and fittings. Starting from our budget priced economy apartments they increase to a standard and up to the deluxe. There is an option for every budget and taste. Two-bedroom apartments all have a king or queen in the master bedroom and either two singles or a double/queen in the second bedroom, shown in the room description. Please Note: We no longer have Foxtel or DVD player available. Terms & Conditions of Booking and Occupancy Please read these conditions carefully. The person accepting the booking confirmation ("the Occupant") must acknowledge and agree that these conditions apply and end to any person (also refers to as "the Occupant") occupying or visiting the apartment or the complex and/or using the facilities in the complex at the invitation of or the authority of the Occupant. 1. Charges must be paid by credit card or direct deposit before occupancy commences unless special prior arrangements have been made. Cash and cheques are not accepted. 2. Occupancy starts and finishes on the dates shown on the receipt. 3. The Occupant will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by any Occupant together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the apartment and its contents or the Body Corporate property caused by the Occupant. 4. The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose or to operate a business 5. Occupants must park cars only in the area allocated for your booking. Parking in someone else's space may result in your vehicle being towed at your expense. 6. No animals are permitted in apartments or on common property without written permission from the body corporate after a signed application has been submitted, agreeing to all the terms and conditions of bringing a pet. Assistance dogs are welcome but need to be registered with reception and the genuine Assistance Dog Registration card must be provided. At all times, assistance dogs must wear an identifying coat and be on a lead. 7. Neither the Body Corporate, the Manager nor the apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of property which an Occupant may sustain while on the complex. Liability is limited by the Traveler’s Accommodation Providers (Liability) Act 2001. 8. The by-laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied with. The apartment must be vacated If after receiving a warning and an Occupant fails to comply. Please note there is no refund if an occupant Is evicted. Some of the by-laws are included in this document: a. Trafalgar has a ‘No Party’ Policy and all occupiers must ensure that they and their invitees keep the noise to a minimum after 10.00pm and before 8.00am. b. The maximum number of people permitted overnight (after 10.00pm) is 5 in a 2 bedroom and 8 in a 3-bedroom apartment. c. There is a strict no smoking or vaping policy for all apartments including balconies and common property. d. There is no refund for early departure, unless the apartment is rebooked for the whole period of time. e. Pontoon moorings must be booked through reception 9. The Manager may inspect the apartment at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions. 10. In the event of the Occupant desiring to cancel the booking, please read the cancellation policy in your confirmation. 11. The Occupant authorises the manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any Occupant is liable under this document otherwise. Upon checkout, all rubbish and recycling must be removed by the occupant, all furniture must be returned to the original place if it has been moved and all dishes clean and put away. Occupants who fail to follow these conditions will be charged an hourly rate for our staff to do this. 12. Checkout is strictly 10.00am unless you have organised a later time through reception. 13. Please look after your keys. A fee will apply to replace keys and locks if required and a ‘Call Out’ fee will apply to let Occupants into apartments after hours of $132.00.
