Trinity Beach is a great base for those wanting a relaxed beachside atmosphere, while accessing Tropical North Queensland’s amazing attractions including the Great Barrier Reef and World Heritage Rainforests. Trinity Beach maintains a laid back, natural atmosphere that it has always been known for, while gently adding excellent shopping and dining. Ours is a true village atmosphere, where locals and visitors enjoy a tranquil lifestyle, with all the conveniences of being part of North Cairns. The beach is golden, coral sand with a gentle swell. Safe all year round for swimming, we also have a patrolled and netted enclosure during Summer months. Plenty of grassy picnic areas under palm trees and public barbecues with undercover tables for beachside get togethers. Trinity Beach is a short drive to Cairns CDB and the airport, and we have regular public buses as well as taxis and ride share services.
CONDITIONS OF BOOKING Please read these conditions carefully. Each person signing these conditions ("the Guest") acknowledges and agrees that these conditions apply and extend to any person (also referred to as "Guest") occupying or visiting the apartment or complex and/or using the facilities in the complex at the invitation of or with the authority of the Guest. 1. Charges must be paid by cash or credit card before occupancy commences. 2. Occupancy starts and finishes on the dates agreed in the booking confirmation. 3. The Guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred by themselves or their visitor. This includes all replacements and necessary costs of damage or loss to the apartment and its contents or Body Corporate Property. 4. Only the number of Guests noted at the time of booking may stay in the apartment overnight. 5. No animals or pets are to be brought into the apartment. 6. The by-laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied with. The apartment must be vacated if after receiving a warning, any Guest fails to comply. 7. There is no refund for early departure. 8. The Manager may inspect the apartment at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Manager is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions. 9. The Manager and the apartment owner are not responsible for any misdescription of the apartment. 10. The Guest authorises the Manager to charge any credit card for any loss, damage or monetary contribution for which any Guest is liable under this document or otherwise. 11. If the occupancy ends or is terminated, the Guest must immediately vacate the apartment. The Manager is authorised to do whatever is required to enforce the eviction of any Guest and removal of Guest's property. 12. The Guest authorises the Manager to charge any credit card for extra cleaning if the apartment is not left tidy, with all rubbish removed & dishes clean. 13. Pool hours are from 7am - 10pm daily. 14. For peace and enjoyment of our paying guests we ask that there be no excessive noise after 10pm and that guest's visitors vacate the premises by 10pm. Should this not be complied with, the police may be contacted and you may be asked to vacate the premises immediately with no refund. 15. Please make sure before you depart your apartment on the departure date that you have all your belongings, if management is required to forward any items left behind there will be a postage fee. 16. If the apartment is left untidy, a cleaning fee will be applied at an hourly rate of $75 per hour of additional cleaning that is above and beyond what is considered to be required for a neat and tidy apartment.
