Terms and Conditions: All bookings made via participating websites or with Tropical Nites directly are made subject to these terms and conditions. A booking is not confirmed unless a deposit of one night’s accommodation has been paid, or a valid credit card has been provided to secure the reservation. Full payment or the balance owing is payable upon arrival. Special requests are on a request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact us directly for further confirmation and clarification if necessary. You must provide a valid credit card upon check in. The credit card may be used to cover incidental or extra charges including but not limited to airport transfers, tours, or as a security bond or deposit for any breakages or damage incurred during your stay or cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning. Cancellation Policy: Bookings made via third party websites may be subject to extra or different cancellation policies. If you have booked via a third party, if you need to cancel then you must cancel your booking via the same third party in line with their terms and conditions. Bookings cancelled with more than 7 days’ notice will not be charged any cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled with less 7 days’ notice, but with 24 or more hours’ notice will be charged one night’s cancellation fee.
 Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or on the day of arrival, or in the case of a no show, will be charged the full amount of the reservation. A no show due to COVID restrictions must still be advised more than 24 hours in advance otherwise full charges will apply. COVID cancellation requests are at the discretion of management. A credit card is required to secure the reservation and the first nights tariff may be taken at the time of reservation.
