Terms and Conditions: All bookings made via participating websites or with Tropical Nites directly are made subject to these terms and conditions. A booking is not confirmed unless a deposit of one night’s accommodation has been paid, or a valid credit card has been provided to secure the reservation. Full payment or the balance owing is payable upon arrival. Special requests are on a request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact us directly for further confirmation and clarification if necessary. You must provide a valid credit card upon check in. The credit card may be used to cover incidental or extra charges including but not limited to airport transfers, tours, or as a security bond or deposit for any breakages or damage incurred during your stay or cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning. Cancellation Policy: Direct bookings cancelled more than 14 days’ prior to arrival will not be charged any cancellation fee. Direct bookings cancelled between 24 hours and 14 days of arrival will be charged one night’s cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours of 2pm check in, or on the day of arrival, or in the case of a no show, will be charged the full amount of the reservation. A credit card is required to secure the reservation and the first nights tariff may be taken at the time of reservation. Group bookings (more than 2 rooms) can be accommodated but please get in touch for terms and conditions (minimum 21 day cancellation policy applies). Direct bookings are bookings made via this website or by calling or emailing Tropical Nites directly and not via a third party travel agent. If you book through a third party (eg. Airbnb, Booking.com etc) then the cancellation policy will be different. Other policies apply to bookings made through third parties. Bookings made via third party websites may be subject to extra or different cancellation policies. If you have booked via a third party and you need to cancel or amend your booking, then you must do so via the same third party in line with their terms and conditions (eg booking.com etc).
