Terms & Conditions Victoria Street Boutique Hotel (VSTTSV) Booking Terms & Conditions Your booking will be confirmed by email within 24 hours of receipt of bank transfer or credit card being cleared for your deposit amount. All bookings are subject to availability. Any quote given is an estimate of price and will only be confirmed once a deposit is paid and written confirmation is issued. All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and are per room, per night. All booking amendments are subject to availability and applicable pricing. Block out periods may apply. Special Requests Whilst Victoria Street Boutique Hotel attempts to accommodate all special requests, we cannot guarantee that special requests can be accommodated. Payment Payment for the balance of accommodation is required 7 days prior to arrival. Payments can be made by EFT Transfer, Visa or MasterCard. Please note that all payments with Visa or Mastercard will incur a 1.43% + $0.22 (inclusive of GST) Credit Card Surcharge. All guests will be asked to check in online prior to arrival. This will include providing a copy of Government ID and Credit Card Details for any incidentals? A security bond of $200 will be pre-authorised on day of check-in and returned after checkout. If you are unable to provide such identification, your reservation may be cancelled You agree to pay all charges incurred for services provided to you during the period of your stay. If not settled in person prior to departure the charges may be added to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy/Refunds Bookings cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival, will be fully refundable Booking cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. All refunds will be issued to your payment method (less any credit card surcharge fees) If booking via a Travel Agent or On-line Booking Agency the terms and conditions provided by them will apply to your booking and you should ask your travel agent/on-line booking agency for a copy of these terms and conditions. Non Refundable Bookings Non refundable bookings require full payment at the time of booking and are completely non-refundable. fee. Late Arrivals & Early Departures Should guests decide to arrive later or depart earlier than their scheduled accommodation dates, charges for the unused nights will not be refundable. Unaccompanied Minors All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult such as a parent or guardian. If a guest is found to be under the age of 18 and is not accompanied by an adult, Victoria Street Boutique Hotel may immediately cancel the guest’s booking. Travel Insurance Victoria Street Boutique Hotel strongly recommends that at the time of booking you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes cover for forfeiture of deposits upon cancellation of booking. Release & Indemnity To the extent permitted by law, any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought into the property or onto grounds or carpark remain your responsibility and Victoria Street Boutique Hotel is not responsible for their safekeeping. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Victoria Street Boutique Hotel and its current and former officers, employees and agents against and from all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your reservation or your stay with Victoria Street Boutique Hotel for any reason whatsoever. You agree to indemnify Victoria Street Boutique Hotel and its current and former officers, employees and agents for all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgments and losses of any kind whatsoever (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damage for injury, including personal injury and death) incurred or suffered by Victoria Street Boutique Hotel or its current or former officers, employees or agents arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your reservation or your stay with Victoria Street Boutique Hotel except to the extent caused or contributed to by Victoria Street Boutique Hotel or its current or former officers, employees or agent's negligence. We grant you a licence to stay at our property and we reserve the right to terminate the licence at any time.
