Cancellation policy and terms and conditions of Villa San Michele Port Douglas: For bookings cancelled 7 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund. For bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a charge of 1 night’s accommodation. If the booking is cancelled on the day of arrival or is a no show, there is no refund. There is no refund for early departures.
