CHECK IN: 2pm to 5pm, or later by prior arrangement. CHECK OUT: 10am Office Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 9am to 3pm Sundays. I NDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS: PAYMENT: Credit card details are required for confirmation purposes. You must have a valid credit card with the necessary available funds. A one-night deposit will be taken at the time of booking and your credit card will be charged for the balance of your bookings on the day of arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a $50 administration fee. Cancellations made 14 days - 48hrs prior to arrival will incur one night's accommodation charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, or a no-show, will incur full payment of the booking. Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival due between December 25th and January 10th require full payment. GROUP BOOKINGS: PAYMENT: Bookings of multiple rooms and/or rooms for multiple nights require a 25% non-refundable deposit. This will be communicated to you and be charged to your card at the time of booking. Payment of this deposit is acknowledgment of your booking being classed as a group booking and subject to these terms.
